Construction
All SimTech modules are constructed indoors at our Ontario facility under strict quality controls. Built year-round in a climate-controlled environment, our modular units are CSA-certified, code-compliant, and ready for real-world performance. Delivery & Installation
Once your modules are complete, we manage transport and on-site installation from start to finish. Whether your site needs cranes, pads, or custom foundations, our team handles placement, levelling, and finishing with precision. We make sure your structure is secure, aligned, and ready for use.
On-Site Services
Our commitment doesn’t end at delivery. We provide support for electrical, plumbing, and structural servicing, particularly for commercial and industrial units. From post-install touch-ups to unit returns or updates, we’re here to help you keep things running smoothly today and down the line.
